Refund policy
All Banana Crow products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is produced specifically for you when you place your order.
No returns or exchanges for change of mind Because our products are custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or similar reasons. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Defective or incorrect items If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@bananacrow.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
EU consumers Under EU consumer law, custom-made and personalised products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). As all our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, this exemption applies.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
